Kennewick, Wash. -

For the second straight game the Spokane Chiefs had a lead and couldn't hang on.  The Chiefs took a 3-1 lead when Brenden Kichton found the back of the net in the 3rd period.  But Tri-City came storming back scoring twice in the last five minutes of regulation.

In overtime both teams had early chances but were unable to convert.  But at the 5:10 mark in OT Blake Gal sent the Chiefs home happy.  It was Gal's 5th goal already in just four playoff games, he's the first player in the WHL to have 5 goals this post sesaon.

With the win the Chiefs take a 3-1 game lead in the best of seven series.  Game five will be Saturday night in the Tri-Cities with a win, the Chiefs can close out the series.
