SPOKANE, Wash. -

Pullman is moving on in the 2A playoffs following an overtime win, while West Valley and Lakeside both saw their seasons come to an end on Wednesday.

The Greyhounds defeated Selah, 2-1 in overtime at Pullman High School to move on to the state quarterfinals.  It's the 19th straight win for Pullman (19-1), who scored less than three minutes into the extra frame.

In Yakima, West Valley fell 2-0 to host West Valley (Yakima) in the first round of the 2A state playoffs.

Lakeside had won 11-straight games heading into the 1A state playoffs, but saw that streak, and season, come to an end at the hands of La Salle.  The Lightning jumped out to a 3-0 lead on route to a 4-1 win over the Eagles in a game played at Lakeside Middle School.
