Two hospitalized after Monday morning fight

SPOKANE, Wash. -

Spokane Police are investigating a fight that ended with two people stabbed Monday morning near downtown Spokane.

Around 10:15 a.m. police responded to the vicinity of the Bel Frankling Apartments, located near the intersection of N. Division Street and E. Spokane Falls Blvd. When they arrived they found a man with stab wounds, who told officers he has been involved in a fight with another man.

The man was transported by medics to the hospital for treatment for his injury.

About 15 minutes later police located the second person they believe was involved in the fight near 600 N. Riverpoint Blvd. This individual was also transported to the hospital for treatment of his injuries.

Both men will be interviewed by detectives and police officers believe they were the only two involved in the fight.
