Coos Bay, OR -

Police arrested a woman accused of refusing to leave a Coos Bay home and then offering sexual favors to sheriff's deputies in exchange for her release from custody.

The Coos County Sheriff's Office says 50-year-old Janet LaGasse was arrested Tuesday night after deputies were called to a home by a 52-year-old man who said LaGasse became argumentative while refusing to leave his home.

Deputies later found LaGasse at a chicken coop after hearing her screaming vulgarities.

The sheriff's office says she was taken into custody on a disorderly conduct charge, but ended up being charged with bribe giving after she offered sexual favors to three deputies in exchange for her release.
